1.How can I become a member?
Press JOIN Now button or Free Trial button, fill up the form and add your profile to database. You will receive your ID and password to your e-mail address. Please make a record of your ID and password. You will need this info to edit your profile.
2.How can I add photos to my profile?
Enter your e-mail address and password you have got to your e-mail address upon registration to log in your ideal couple account. Press Upload Photos link on your account page. Follow instructions.
Or you can send your pictures to the following address photos@idealcouple.com Please do not forget to add your ID and full name to the body of the message for your identification.
3.How many pictures could I send?
You could send us up to 5 pictures (in JPG format) on photos@idealcouple.com
These pictures will be uploaded in your profile free of charge. Please do not forget to add your ID and full name to the body of the message for your identification.
4.How to use the search engine?
Please, visit our SEARCH page where you could search members by criteria. Please, select country, age and sex of person you are interested in.
5.How could I send e-mail to another person?
Log in to your IdealCouple.com account page (use your e-mail address and password you have got to your e-mail address upon registration). Go to Search button, choose a person you are interested in by ID or through search engine . Press Send me a letter button . You will see a special window for your letter. Type the text and press the SEND button.
If you are paid member (Press Service button to find more information) , your letter will be send immediately, if you are free member , you will be request to pay little fee (press Service button to find how cheap it is).
6. I have sent e-mail and did not receive an answer
If you paid for the service and the person did not reply on your e-mail, please wait for a wile for replay arriving or there is a possibility that this person had terminated his/her profile from our database or not interested in you.
7. If the person I am interested in removed his/her profile
If the person removed his/her profile from our database we could not contact this person and we have not got the right to give you any personal information.
8. How can I change my profile?
Log in to your IdealCouple.com account page (use you e-mail address and password you have got to your e-mail address upon registration).
Press Update Profile link. Change information as needed and press Update button..
9. I have lost my password!
Please go to IdealCouple.com Home page. Press Forgot password. Your ID and password will be sent to your email address. Please note that your email address must match the address you entered in your profile settings, due to security reasons.
10. How could I pay?
You could pay either by credit card, debit card or money order. We are using secure payment through Paypal.com payment system. If you don't have a credit card please contact us info@idealcouple.com
11. How many times do I have to pay?
Once you paid you could correspond with as many people as you like for the period of time you have paid for.
12.What do I have to do if I decided to delete my profile?
If you wish to remove your profile please, go to the IdealCouple.com Home page, log in your account (use your e-mail address and password you have got to your e-mail address upon registration). Press Update profile button and then Delete button.
